You will need
1 Giant Crumpet
20g Brie
2 tsp Cranberry Sauce
2 tsp Crème Fraiche
10g Pecans
Make it
5 minutes | Serves 1
- Toast the crumpet on both sides
- Arrange the slices of brie over the crumpet
- Top with the cranberry sauce & crème fraiche
- Sprinkle over a topping of pecans
