    You will need

    • 1 pack of Warburtons Brioche buns​

    • A 400g pack of cooked pulled pork ​

    • Half a red cabbage ​

    • 1-2 carrots​

    • 1 small red onion​

    • 100g of mayo​

    • 2 tsp Dijon mustard ​

    • A squirt of BBQ sauce ​

    • 4 large tomatoes ​

    • 1 small little gem lettuce ​

    • A couple of pickled jalapenos​

    • Some cheese slices ​

    🔥 Heat the cooked pulled pork, as per the instructions on the packet.​

    🥕 Whilst that’s cooking, start on the slaw by finely shredding the cabbage, grating the carrot, peeling and thinly slicing the red onion and then pop it in a bowl together.​

    🧂 Add your mayo and mustard, with a little salt and pepper. ​

    🥬 Prep your salad by thinly slicing the toms and breaking up the lettuce (make sure to wash it).​

    🍴 When your pork’s cooked, pull it using two forks. ​

    🧑‍🍳 Griddle your buns on the cut side and get ready to stack. ​

    🍔 Assemble the burgers with two cheese slices, tomato, lettuce, pulled pork, coleslaw and jalapenos.​

    🤤 Get that BBQ Sauce on there, then top with the bun tops and enjoy.​
