    You will need

    2 slices of Warburtons Wholemeal Wholemeal Bread

    1 kiln roasted salmon fillet

    2 tbsp of crème fraiche

    1 tsp chopped dill

    8 slices of cucumber

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Break the salmon fillet up into pieces
    2. Add the crème fraiche to a mixing bowl and add the dill and season with salt and pepper and mix
    3. Spread the crème fraiche on to the bottom slice of bread, add the sliced cucumber and flaked salmon and close the sandwich with the other slice of bread
