    You will need

    1 Slice Warburtons 800g White Toastie Loaf

    2 Tsp Olive Oil

    ½ Red Onion Cut into Rings (100g)

    ½ Tsp Sugar

    2 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar (10g)

    100g Thin Sirloin or Rump Steak (4oz)

    5 Cherry Tomatoes (60g)

    1 Tsp Wholegrain Mustard (5g)

    5 minutes | Serves 1

    1. Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a frying pan, add red onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft
    2. Add a pinch of sugar and 2 tsp balsamic vinegar. Cook for a few seconds more and remove from the heat
    3. In the meanwhile heat a chargrill pan
    4. Brush a little oil on both sides of the steak. Char grill the steak until cooked to your liking, approximately 1-2 minutes on each side
    5. While the steak is cooking, place the tomatoes in the same pan
    6. Toast 1 slice of bread, spread with wholegrain mustard and top with half red onions prepared earlier
    7. Layer on the steak and place the remaining red onions on top of the steak
    8. Finish with the char grilled tomatoes for the perfect lunchtime sandwich recipe
