    You will need

    1 Warburtons Protein Thin

    40g turkey mince

    1/5 chopped chilli

    2 tsp chopped coriander

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1 vine tomato

    A handful of watercress leaves

    1. Place the turkey mince in a bowl and add the chilli, coriander, salt and pepper and mix together well
    2. Form the turkey mixture into a ball and flatten to make a burger shape
    3. Place the burger in the fridge for a good hour
    4. Remove the burger from the fridge and cook in a frying pan over a medium heat, turning frequently until coloured and piping hot in the middle
    5. Place to one side to rest
    6. Split and toast your Warburtons Protein Sandwich Thin
    7. Slice 3 to 4 slices off the tomato and add to the thin, place the burger on top and finish with the watercress
    8. Add the top to the burger, serve with guacamole
