    • 1 pack of Warburtons GF Crumpets​

    • 4 gluten free sausages​

    • 4 rashers streaky bacon​

    • 200g baked beans in tomato sauce​

    • 80g fresh baby spinach leaves​

    • 3 large eggs​

    • 100ml full fat milk​

    • 60g grated mature cheddar cheese​

    • 80g cherry tomatoes​

    • Salt and pepper to taste​

    🥓 Cook 4 sausages and 4 bacon rashers and let them cool off a bit, then preheat your oven to 180c.​

    🌿 Layer 80g of spinach in the bottom of a baking dish.​

    🧡 Get a 4 pack of Gluten Free Crumpets and cut them in half, then pop them on top of the spinach, digging them in a bit so they stand to attention.​

    🔪 Cut your sausages and bacon into ,then scatter around the Crumpets.​

    🥚 Beat 3 large eggs and 100ml of blue milk (the good stuff), season with a bit of salt and pepper, and pour over the Crumpets.​

    💨 Drizzle a tin of beans around the Crumpets, then scatter over 80g of halved cherry toms.​

    🧀 Sprinkle over as much grated cheese as you fancy.​

    🔥 Bake for about half an hour until golden and crisp, then grab a fork and get stuck in.​
