You will need
• 2 Warburtons Crumpets
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• A large egg
• A spoonful of caster sugar
• 2 tsps sunflower oil
• A handful of crushed mini chocolate eggs
• Some strawberry laces
• 2 large strawberries, cut in half lengthways
• 2 white chocolate buttons

🪺 Cut a shallow circle out the top of each crumpet and pop your chopped mini eggs in there, then put the tops back on and give them a firm squish
🥚 Beat your egg and vanilla in a wide, shallow bowl, then dip your crumpets in the mix, giving both sides a good coating
🍳 Heat your oil in a frying pan on a high heat, then pop your crumpets in and cook for 2 minutes on each side until they go all nice and crispy
🍬 Pour your sugar onto a little plate, then flip each crumpet in the sugar until both sides are coated evenly
🐇 Now it’s time to decorate! Pop your crumpets on a plate then use half a strawberry for each ear, half a mini egg for each eye, laces for whiskers, and little slices of white chocolate button for the teeth. Once they’re looking sweet as can be, eat ‘em as fast as you can!
