You will need
• 2 Warburtons crumpets
• A big handful of pistachios - shelled and roughly chopped
• 30g filo pastry
• 2 heaped tbsp of pistachio spread
• 100g dark chocolate-broken into chunks
• A sprinkle of oil for baking

🥐 Slice the filo pastry into thin strips and spritz with oil, then air fry at 200c for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
🥜 Mix together the filo, pistachio crème and half the pistachios.
💿 Cut your crumpets in half horizontally so you have two discs.
⛽️ Fill half the crumpet with the pistachio mix and pop the tops back on, spritz with oil and pop them in the air fryer for 7-8 minutes until they start looking crispy.
😍 Remove the crumpets from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes before chopping into quarters.
🍫 Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 second bursts until melted.
🍩 Dip your crumpet chunks into the chocolate and sprinkle with the remaining pistachios.
🍽️ Allow the choccy to set then enjoy!
