    You will need

    • 2 Warburtons Crumpets​

    • 75g halloumi​

    • 50g chorizo​

    • 1 large egg​

    • 1 spring onion​

    • A drizzle of olive oil​

    • A spoonful of honey​

    • ½ tsp chilli flakes​

    • Salt & pepper to season​

    ⏲️ Preheat your oven to 200c/180c fan/gas mark 6 ​

    🧀 Grate your halloumi and chop your chorizo into little chunks​

    🌱 Chop your spring onion​

    🥚 Crack your egg into a jug then add your chorizo, halloumi, 2/3 of your spring onion, and a bit of salt and pepper. Give it all a good mix​

    🥘 Brush an oven-proof dish with a bit of olive oil, then pop in your crumpets and pour over the egg mixture, making sure your crumpets soak up all that eggy goodness for about 20 minutes​

    🔥 Bake for about 12 minutes until the egg is set and the crumpets are golden and crispy​

    🍯 Mix together your chilli flakes and honey, then drizzle over your crumpets and garnish with your spare spring onion for good measure. Now tuck in!​
