You will need
• A Warburtons Brioche Burger Bun
• 150g 5% fat beef mince
• Dash of vegetable oil
• 1/2 white onion, chopped into rings
• 2 slices double Gloucester cheese - with onion & chives
• Handful of gherkin slices
• 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
• 1 vine tomato sliced
• 100g skin on fries
• 2tsp mayonnaise
For the burger sauce:
• 1 tsp sriracha
• 1/2tsp whole grain mustard
• 1/2 tsp English mustard
• 1tbs crème fraiche

🥫Put your burger sauce ingredients into the bowl and give ‘em a good mix.
🍟 Pop your chips in a preheated oven and cook following the pack instructions. Whilst those are going,
it’s burger time.
✋ Use your hands to halve the beef and season with salt and pepper, then squish into flat round discs.
🍳 Get your pan on a high heat with a little oil and sear the burgers until they start to crisp. Then pop in
your onion, flip your burger over and sear on the other side. After that, get your cheese slices on there
and wait for them to go all soft and melty.
🍞 Toast your buns then layer with mayo, lettuce, tomato, the first burger patty, onions, some gherkins
(if you fancy) then your second burger. Top it off with some burger sauce and the bun lid as well.
🍔 Pop your chips and the extra sauce on the plate with the burger and tuck in.
