You will need
- 6 Warburtons Thin Crumpets
- 2 large eggs
- 120ml oat milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 30ml runny honey or sugar free maple syrup
- 120g fresh raspberries
- 120g blueberries
- Some extra berries and 0% fat Greek yoghurt to serve

🧡 Preheat your oven to 180c (Gas Mark 4)
🧡 Mix together the eggs, milk, honey/syrup and chia seeds in a big bowl.
🧡 Slice your crumpets in half then dunk them in your egg and milk mix.
🧡 Layer them in a baking dish and then pour over the remaining milky mixture.
🧡 Scatter your berries, getting them right in all the nooks and crannies.
🧡 Bake for 25 minutes until golden, crisp and delicious.
🧡 Serve it up with the extra berries and yoghurt.
