  • 1 Warburtons Protein Thin Bagel
  • 2 medium sized eggs - lightly beaten and seasoned
  • 1 slice smoked bacon
  • Small handful spinach - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled Feta cheese


  1. Grill bacon until crispy, cool slightly then chop into small pieces.
  2. Scramble eggs, add bacon, spinach and Feta cheese and pile onto a lightly toasted bagel.
  3. Serve immediately.
