    • 6x Warburtons Waffles​
    • 400ml Vanilla ice cream​
    • 50g Chopped pistachio nuts​
    • 1 Tbsp Toffee sauce​
    • 60g strawberries -25g chopped​
    • 60g White chocolate chips​
    • 100g Milk chocolate chips​
    • 4g freeze dried raspberries​
    • 5g coloured sprinkles​
    • 25g milk chocolate chips ​

    • Melt the chocolate in two bowls using a microwave stirring every 30 seconds, until molten​
    • Dip the edges of two waffles in the white chocolate and sprinkle on the raspberries allow these to set on a Piece of greaseproof paper. ​
    • Dip the other 4 waffles in the milk chocolate, cover two with sprinkles and the last two with chopped pistachios allow these to set to set on greaseproof paper.​
    • Allow the ice cream to soften slightly and Add a large scoop of each ice cream 3 of the Waffles and place the other waffles on top gently squashing down to sandwich the ice cream.​
    • Drizzle toffee sauce over the pistachio waffle. Scatter chocolate chips on the white chocolate waffle. Add the cut strawberry pieces to the last waffle. Serve with strawberries.
