    You will need

    • 6 slices of Warburtons Lightly Seeded Loaf ​

    • 6 rashers of streaky bacon ​

    • 2 chicken breasts, sliced lengthways​

    • 2 large tomatoes, sliced​

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise​

    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard ​

    • Splash of Worcestershire sauce​

    • 1 mashed avocado​

    • Shredded baby gem lettuce ​

    • Dash of olive oil​

    • Handful of coriander roughly chopped​

    • ¼ tsp lemon juice​

    • 1 tsp salted butter​

    • 40g lightly salted crisps - to serve

    🥓 Drizzle some oil in a frying pan and fry up the bacon until crispy, then set aside.​

    🍗 Get the chicken in a hot pan and cook on both sides until the meat is cooked all the way through,

    slice up and set aside.​

    🍅 Put your tomatoes in the hot pan to warm and soak up all the juices, then sprinkle with black pepper.​

    🍞 Pop your bread in the toaster and get it nice and golden.​

    🍽️ Give your mayo, Dijon and Worcestershire sauce a good mix together in a bowl.​

    🥑 Mix your avocado with lemon juice, then season with salt and a bit of coriander.​

    🥪 Now, let's get this sandwich stacked! Butter your toast, then top with mayo, lettuce, chicken and

    tomatoes. Pop a slice of buttered toast on top then repeat the layers, before topping with a final slice

    of toast. Cut into 2, serve with some crisps and enjoy!​
