You will need
- 2 NEW Warburtons Protein Flatbreads
- 1 tin of tuna
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Lemon juice (or just a lemon)
- Half a sliced avocado
- A couple of tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 of a red onion, chopped up
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp pesto
- Bit of dill and parsley
- Cress to dress

🐟 Mix your drained tuna with mayo, mustard, onion, herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice in a food processor. Give it a whizz until it’s nice and mousse-like.
🍞Pop your Protein Flatbreads in the toaster
🍅Spread your pesto on your flatbreads and then load them up with the tuna mix, some avocado slices and your toms. ☘️ Garnish with your cress (even if it’s just for the gram)
