    • 2 NEW Warburtons Protein Flatbreads ​
    • 1 tin of tuna ​
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise ​
    • Lemon juice (or just a lemon) ​
    • Half a sliced avocado
    • A couple of tomatoes, sliced ​
    • 1/4 of a red onion, chopped up ​
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard ​
    • 2 tbsp pesto ​
    • Bit of dill and parsley ​
    • Cress to dress ​

    🐟 Mix your drained tuna with mayo, mustard, onion, herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice in a food processor. Give it a whizz until it’s nice and mousse-like. ​

    🍞Pop your Protein Flatbreads in the toaster​

    🍅Spread your pesto on your flatbreads and then load them up with the tuna mix, some avocado slices and your toms. ☘️ Garnish with your cress (even if it’s just for the gram)​
