    • 240g sweet mincemeat​

    • 1 small egg​

    • 10g icing sugar​

    • Clotted cream, to serve​

    🔥 Preheat your air fryer to 200c.​

    🍞 Cut the crusts off 6 slices of our Toastie Loaf and squash the bread down the middle to make little pockets, leaving a 5cm edge around each pocket to keep the goods inside.​

    🎄Pop 40g of mincemeat (the fruity one, obvs) into half of the pockets.​

    🥚 Whisk up an egg and brush it onto the edges of each slice, then top your mincemeat-ed slices with your plain slices to form a parcel and crimp the edges with a fork.​

    ⏲️ Air fry three parcels at a time for about 7 minutes, turning halfway.

    ❄️ Serve up with a sprinkling of icing sugar and enjoy those cosy Christmas feels!​
