    4 Warburtons crumpets

    1kg of pork belly slices

    1l of stock

    teriyaki sauce


    chill flakes

    sesame seeds

    chilli slices

    spring onion slices

    1. Simmer the pork belly slices in 1l of stock  for 2 hours
    2. Pat dry the port belly and cut into small chunks
    3. In a pan, mix teriyaki sauce, grated ginger, and chilli flakes to taste. Let the mixture reduce into a dark and sticky glaze
    4. Add the pork belly to the pan and fully coat in the glaze
    5. Heat the crumpets in a microwave for 20s
    6. Fill the crumpets with the pork and top with sesame seeds, chilli slices and spring onion slices
    7. Serve and enjoy
