The omega-3 rich salmon is brainfood at its best, and rolled up in half white half wholemeal bread which has added Vitamin D and calcium, it’s a packed lunch powerhouse! Try serving these with child friendly chopsticks for extra fun, and a sneaky way to brush up on those fine motor skills too.

    Prawn & Tomato

    1. Put the prawns and mayo into a small bowl. Mix well and season lightly.
    2. Put the bread onto a board. Remove the crusts and roll out thinly using a rolling pin.
    3. Spread with margarine. Place the prawns at one end of the bread and top with the tomatoes and lettuce.
    4. Tightly roll the bread up from the filling end (so that you have a long sausage shape!)
    5. Once rolled, gently but firmly press along the length of the roll so that it holds together. Then slice into three pieces.
