    🔥 Preheat your oven to 180 degrees ​

    💛 Slice your crumpets in half and pop them in a dish with a spritz of oil-spray ​

    🥚 Whisk up eggs, milk, vanilla essence, and honey and pour all over your crumpets, getting right in those holes ​

    🍓 Top with whatever berries you fancy and a solid handful of choccy chips ​

    🧑‍🍳 Pop it in the oven for about 20 minutes until the crumpets are lovely and crispy on top ​
