    You will need

    • 4 Warburtons Bagels ​

    • 150g soft cheese ​

    • 75g salted butter ​

    • 10g parmesan​

    • 2 garlic cloves​

    • A good handful of fresh parsley ​

    • ½ tsp paprika ​

    • ½ tsp caster sugar ​

    • ½ tsp dried oregano ​

    • A sprinkle of black pepper ​

    🔥 Get your oven warming at 180c/350f/gas 4.​

    🥣 In a bowl, mix together your soft cheese, paprika and caster sugar.​

    🥯 Split the bagels, spreading out some of the mixture on the bottom slice before sandwiching them back together. ​

    🔪 Cut 6 wedges out the top of each bagel (we won’t judge if they’re wonky).​

    🧡 Using a piping bag, spoon or however you fancy, fill the now empty wedges with the remainder of your mixture. ​

    🧄 Now it’s garlic butter time: peel and mince your garlic, finely chop your parsley, melt your butter and mix together with the parmesan, oregano and black pepper. ​

    🧈 Brush that buttery goodness over your bagels, then bake them for 8/9 mins (or until they’re pure gold).​

    🤤 Serve immediately and enjoy every second.​
