You will need
• 4 Warburtons Bagels
• 150g soft cheese
• 75g salted butter
• 10g parmesan
• 2 garlic cloves
• A good handful of fresh parsley
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp caster sugar
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• A sprinkle of black pepper

🔥 Get your oven warming at 180c/350f/gas 4.
🥣 In a bowl, mix together your soft cheese, paprika and caster sugar.
🥯 Split the bagels, spreading out some of the mixture on the bottom slice before sandwiching them back together.
🔪 Cut 6 wedges out the top of each bagel (we won’t judge if they’re wonky).
🧡 Using a piping bag, spoon or however you fancy, fill the now empty wedges with the remainder of your mixture.
🧄 Now it’s garlic butter time: peel and mince your garlic, finely chop your parsley, melt your butter and mix together with the parmesan, oregano and black pepper.
🧈 Brush that buttery goodness over your bagels, then bake them for 8/9 mins (or until they’re pure gold).
🤤 Serve immediately and enjoy every second.
