    You will need

    4 Warburtons White Sandwich Thins

    6 cm Chunk of Cucumber

    1/2 a Red Pepper

    2 Sticks Celery, Cut into 6cm Lengths

    2 Carrots, Peeled and Cut into Approx 6 cm Lengths

    Tub of Houmous

    2tbs Balsamic Vinegar

    2tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    25 minutes | Serves 4

    1. Slice the chunks of cucumber, red pepper, sticks of celery and carrots lengthways into thin sticks and arrange on one large or two smaller serving plates.
    2. Transfer the tub of houmous into a small serving dish. Pour the balsamic vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive oil into another small dish.
    3. Halve the Sandwich Thins diagonally to make triangles then toast lightly on both sides under a medium grill.
    4. Arrange the toasted Thins on the platters and use for dipping into the houmous and extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar mix.
    5. Enjoy the results of your sandwich dipping platter.
