    You will need

    • 2 x Slices Warburtons Our Dough White bread ​
    • 1 x 200g sirloin steak ​
    • ½ red pointed pepper ​
    • 10g finely grated parmesan cheese ​
    • 2 x slices Emmental cheese​
    • 8g rocket leaves ​
    • 15ml olive oil ​
    • Sea salt and black pepper ​
    • To serve balsamic glaze

    1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6​
    2. Drizzle the olive oil over the pepper and roast in the oven for 15 mins ​
    3. Put teaspoons of the parmesan cheese on a baking tray – bake in the oven till melted for 5 mins and you have parmesan crisps – allow to cool​
    4. Grill, BBQ or griddle the steak to your liking – allow to rest for 5 mins – then slice ​
    5. Assemble the sandwich – put the rocket on the slices of sour dough, top with the slices of cheese, roasted pepper and any olive oil left from the cooking,​
    6. Then the sliced steak, break up the parmesan crisps and scatter over the top – season with salt and pepper and serve with some balsamic glaze to drizzle
