You will need
- 2 x Slices Warburtons Our Dough White bread
- 1 x 200g sirloin steak
- ½ red pointed pepper
- 10g finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 x slices Emmental cheese
- 8g rocket leaves
- 15ml olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper
- To serve balsamic glaze

- Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pepper and roast in the oven for 15 mins
- Put teaspoons of the parmesan cheese on a baking tray – bake in the oven till melted for 5 mins and you have parmesan crisps – allow to cool
- Grill, BBQ or griddle the steak to your liking – allow to rest for 5 mins – then slice
- Assemble the sandwich – put the rocket on the slices of sour dough, top with the slices of cheese, roasted pepper and any olive oil left from the cooking,
- Then the sliced steak, break up the parmesan crisps and scatter over the top – season with salt and pepper and serve with some balsamic glaze to drizzle
