    You will need

    1 Giant Crumpet

    1tbs (35g) Mascarpone

    1/2tsp (1g) icing sugar

    Half banana (50g peeled weight)

    Pinch (1g) cinnamon

    5 minutes | Serves 1

    1. Toast the crumpet on both sides.
    2. Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar in a small bowl then spread over the warm crumpet.
    3. Slice the banana and arrange the slices on top of the mascarpone.
    4. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and dust with a touch more icing sugar, if desired.
