    • 1 Warburtons Protein Muffin
    • 10g butter​
    • 1 cheese slices​
    • 4 lettuce leaves​
    • 1/2 red onion-finely sliced​
    • 3 cod fish fingers​
    • 1/4 tsp wasabi​
    • 10 ml lime juice ​
    • 25g mayonnaise/crème fraiche​
    • 5ml soy sauce ​
    • 5g chives-chopped finely​
    • 1 wedge lime

    • Add the sliced onion to a bowl and tip in 5ml lime juice allow these steep.​
    • Take the mayonnaise/crème fraiche and add 5ml lime juice, the soy sauce, half the chives and wasabi mix well​
    • Cook the fish fingers under a medium grill for 12 minutes turning once halfway through cooking. Cut the muffin in half lengthways Toast it on both sides and spread with butter​
    • Place the lettuce on the muffin followed by a cheese slice, dollop on the mayonnaise/creme fraiche, then the fish fingers and the red onion, sprinkle on the chives cut in two stack and serve with a wedge of lime.
