    • 15g almonds, chopped​

    • 4 strawberries, cut into quarters​

    🥚Brush your crumpets with a beaten egg and sprinkle with caster sugar, then grill on both sides until golden.​

    🍋 Mix your icing sugar with the lemon juice and drizzle it over your crispy frumpet.​

    🥣 Spoon on your Greek yogurt and lemon curd before decorating with lemon zest, strawberries, almond pieces and your remaining icing sugar. Tuck in and enjoy!
