You will need
Ingredients:
- 4 slices fibre loaf
- 2 large eggs
- 20ml milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 banana-sliced
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- 30g raspberries
- 40g blueberries
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1tsp olive oil
Make it

Take a low wide bowl and whisk the eggs milk and cinnamon. Soak the bread in the mixture coating each side.
Take a heavy pan and heat the oil to medium heat, fry each piece of bread for a few minutes on each side until the edges are crispy and the middles are golden and firm. Remove from the heat and stack the French toast on a plate. Top with sliced banana. Drizzle with peanut butter add the berries and scatter over the chia seeds.
