You will need
• 3 Warburtons GF Fruity Buns
• 80g raisins
• 150g caster sugar
• 200ml milk
• 200ml double cream
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

🔥 Preheat your oven to 180c.
🍞 Grab three GF Fruity Buns and cut each half into 6 pieces.
🍇 Put them in a baking dish and sprinkle over a handful of raisins.
🥚 Beat 3 large eggs with a teaspoon each of vanilla essence and cinnamon, 200ml each of milk and cream, and 150g caster sugar to make a nice custard.
🧡 Pour your custard over your rolls, pressing it in a bit, then bake for about 40-45 minutes until just set but still a little wobbly.
😍 Serve up with a handful of raspberries and then it's time to dig in!
