You will need
• 3 slices of Warburtons GF Tiger Bloomer
• 30ml olive oil
• 10ml runny honey
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 120g brie or camembert
• 12 tsp cranberry sauce
• 5 rashers of streaky smoked bacon
• 10ml sunflower oil
• Pomegranate seeds and fresh basil leaves to garnish
Make it
25 - 30 mins | Serves 6 - 12
🍞 Preheat the oven to 190c then cut each slice of bread into quarters
🍯 Pour your olive oil and honey into a little bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to get that honey nice and melty, then season with a bit of salt and pepper
🧹Brush that mixture onto each side of your slices and bake for about 15 minutes until they’re nice and crispy
🥓 Whilst that cooks, cut your bacon into small pieces then give them a sizzle in some sunflower oil until golden and drain off any fat
🧀 Slice your cheese into 12 pieces (feel free to sneak a couple extra bits as a snack, we won’t judge)
😋 Spread a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on each of your little bread squares then top with bacon and a piece of cheese
✨ Pop them in the oven for another 5 minutes then top with pomegranate seeds and basil and serve
