You will need
• 4 Warburtons Chocolate Chip Waffles
• 3 mini meringues, smashed into pieces
• 80g strawberries
• 50g raspberries
• 100g blueberries
• A spoonful of caster sugar
• 2 tbsp crème fraiche
• A couple sprigs of mint

🍓 Take all your fruit (keep a few back for decoration), chop the tops off the strawberries, and cut into small pieces
🫐 Add to a saucepan with the caster sugar and a tablespoon of water, bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and cook for about 4 minutes until the fruit is all soft and jammy
🧇 Toast your waffles under the grill for a few minutes on each side
🌱 Pop your waffles on a place and top with the fruit mix, a dollop of crème fraiche, a sprinkle of meringue, and a few mint leaves and berries for decoration, and enjoy!
