You will need
- 2 Slices of Warburtons Protein Power Loaf
- Small chicken breast
- 2tsp paprika
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- A handful of baby spinach
- Salt and pepper
- A knob of butter

🥣 In a medium bowl mix the yoghurt, paprika and garlic granules, seasoning with salt and pepper.
🍗 Cut the chicken into chunks and place them in the marinade for an hour (or overnight if you can wait that long).
🔥 When it’s ready, add your chicken to the air-fryer, drizzle over the sweet chilli, give it a little oil spray and cook for 18 minutes at 180°c.
🍞 While that’s working its magic, toast your bread, give it a lathering of butter, layer on some spinach leaves, then top with your chicken.
🥪 Finally slice in half and enjoy!
