    You will need

    • 2 Slices of Warburtons Protein Power Loaf
    • Small chicken breast ​
    • 2tsp paprika ​
    • 1tsp olive oil​
    • 1/2 tsp garlic granules​
    • 1tbsp Greek yogurt​
    • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce​
    • A handful of baby spinach​
    • Salt and pepper ​
    • A knob of butter​

    30 mins (plus marinade timings) | Serves 1

    🥣 In a medium bowl mix the yoghurt, paprika and garlic granules, seasoning with salt and pepper. ​

    🍗 Cut the chicken into chunks and place them in the marinade for an hour (or overnight if you can wait that long).​

    🔥 When it’s ready, add your chicken to the air-fryer, drizzle over the sweet chilli, give it a little oil spray and cook for 18 minutes at 180°c.​

    🍞 While that’s working its magic, toast your bread, give it a lathering of butter, layer on some spinach leaves, then top with your chicken. ​

    🥪 Finally slice in half and enjoy!​
