You will need
- 2 Warburtons Protein Pittas
- 150g cooked chicken breast
- 75g tomato salsa
- 75g drained peppers in oil
- 75g tinned sweetcorn
- 130g grated chilli cheddar cheese
- A handful of fresh chopped coriander
- Salt and pepper
- Oil spray (or drizzle)
- Guac and sour cream dip to serve

🫑 Dice your chicken and chop your peppers.
🍅 Mix them in a bowl with the tomato salsa, sweetcorn, grated cheese and coriander. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
🥙 Cut each pitta into 3 triangles.
🔥 Stuff them with the chicken mix, spray lightly with oil then cook in the air-fryer for 5\6 minutes. You’ll need to do batches, but we know you can wait.
🎉 Serve with some guac and sour cream for the ultimate fiesta.
