    You will need

    • 2 Warburtons Protein Pittas ​
    • 150g cooked chicken breast ​
    • 75g tomato salsa ​
    • 75g drained peppers in oil​
    • 75g tinned sweetcorn ​
    • 130g grated chilli cheddar cheese​
    • A handful of fresh chopped coriander ​
    • Salt and pepper​
    • Oil spray (or drizzle)​
    • Guac and sour cream dip to serve ​

    🫑 Dice your chicken and chop your peppers.​

    🍅 Mix them in a bowl with the tomato salsa, sweetcorn, grated cheese and coriander. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. ​

    🥙 Cut each pitta into 3 triangles. ​

    🔥 Stuff them with the chicken mix, spray lightly with oil then cook in the air-fryer for 5\6 minutes. You’ll need to do batches, but we know you can wait.​

    🎉 Serve with some guac and sour cream for the ultimate fiesta. ​
