You will need
For 1 Roll:
- 1 Warburtons White Sliced Roll
- 1 Egg
- Drizzle of Pesto
- Sprinkle of Grated Cheese
- Chili flakes

🔥 Preheat the oven to 175°C and pop your rolls on a baking sheet
🔪 Cut a hole in the top of each roll leaving a good 1.5cm around the edge and scoop out about 2cm of middley bit
🥚 Crack an egg into each roll-bowl
🌿 Drizzle some pesto on the top and top with a good sprinkle of cheese, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt
🧑🍳 Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is all bubbly and golden and the egg whites are nice and set
🧈 Brush with a bit of melted butter and serve ’em hot
