    • Drizzle of Pesto​

    🔥 Preheat the oven to 175°C and pop your rolls on a baking sheet ​

    🔪 Cut a hole in the top of each roll leaving a good 1.5cm around the edge and scoop out about 2cm of middley bit ​

    🥚 Crack an egg into each roll-bowl ​

    🌿 Drizzle some pesto on the top and top with a good sprinkle of cheese, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt ​

    🧑‍🍳 Pop them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is all bubbly and golden and the egg whites are nice and set ​

    🧈 Brush with a bit of melted butter and serve ’em hot ​
