    For the cheesy garlic breadsticks:​

    • 2 Warburtons Hot Dog Rolls
    • 50g salted butter at room temperature​
    • 1 clove of garlic​
    • A handful of chopped parsley​
    • A pinch of salt and pepper​
    • 50g grated mozzarella and cheddar​


    For the Marinara:​

    • 1 tbsp olive oil​
    • 200g passata ​
    • 1 large tsp. tomato puree​
    • 2 cloves of garlic (skinless)​
    • 4 sprigs of basil ​
    • 1 tsp. dried oregano ​
    • A pinch of sugar ​
    • Salt and pepper to taste ​

    For the dipping sauce: ​

    🔥 Get a tablespoon of olive oil sizzling in a pan on a medium heat ​

    🧄 Add whole garlic cloves to the oil and let them infuse it with all that garlicky goodness (just don’t let them burn!) ​

    🌿 Add in a few sprigs of basil with the stem intact and let them wilt ​

    🍅 Squeeze in the tomato puree and let it cook for a minute, then get your passata and oregano in the mix ​

    🧂 Season with a good pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper, then take out the garlic and pour your sauce in a posh little ramekin ​


    For the cheesy breadsticks: ​

    🧈 Pop your butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl ​

    🌭 Grab some Warburtons hotdog buns and slice them into batons – you’ll want four sticks per bun ​

    🧀 Put your garlic butter all over them and sprinkle on some grated cheese ​

    ⏱️ Get them in the air fryer at 200°C for 4-6 minutes until the cheese is all golden and bubbly ​

    😋 Carefully take them out, plate them up, and dig in! ​
