    You will need

    4 Warburtons Gluten Free White Rolls

    2 tbs salted butter, softened

    1 large clove garlic, chopped or crushed

    1 tbs chopped fresh parsley, plus a little extra to garnish

    Black pepper

    125g grated cheese – a mix of cheddar and mozzarella works well

    | Serves 4-8

    1)   Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/Gas 5

    2)   In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, 1 tbs chopped parsley and a pinch of black pepper

    3)   Open the rolls and spread the garlic butter over the insides, then arrange on a baking tray.

    4)   Sprinkle over the grated cheese. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling

    5)   Serve straight onto the table and let everyone help themselves
