    • 1/2 an avocado
    • Handful of cherry tomatoes
    • Butter
    • Grated cheese
    • Baby spinach

    🥚 Crack a couple of eggs into a bowl and give them a good whisk, seasoning with salt, pepper, and hot paprika​

    🌿 Chop half an avocado and a handful of cherry tomatoes into chunks​

    🍳 Melt a little butter in a small saucepan, add your eggs and stir them until they start to set​

    🧀 Remove from the heat and add a decent pinch of grated cheese, your tomatoes and avocado and some baby spinach leaves​

    🫓 Take your protein flatbread and spread your mixture on the inside​

    🔥 Give it a good sizzle in a dry frying pan until the bottom is crispy, then flip it to get that side crispy too​

    🤤 Slice in half, add a drizzle of hot sauce, and tuck in!​
