You will need
- 1 Warburtons Protein Flatbread
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Hot paprika
- 1/2 an avocado
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Butter
- Grated cheese
- Baby spinach
- Hot sauce, optional

🥚 Crack a couple of eggs into a bowl and give them a good whisk, seasoning with salt, pepper, and hot paprika
🌿 Chop half an avocado and a handful of cherry tomatoes into chunks
🍳 Melt a little butter in a small saucepan, add your eggs and stir them until they start to set
🧀 Remove from the heat and add a decent pinch of grated cheese, your tomatoes and avocado and some baby spinach leaves
🫓 Take your protein flatbread and spread your mixture on the inside
🔥 Give it a good sizzle in a dry frying pan until the bottom is crispy, then flip it to get that side crispy too
🤤 Slice in half, add a drizzle of hot sauce, and tuck in!
