    You will need

    • 1 Warburtons Protein Thin Bagel​
    • 1 large egg​
    • 1tbsp Philadelphia cheese​
    • 1 avocado​
    • A pinch of cayenne pepper ​
    • A handful of spinach​
    • A squeeze of lemon juice​
    • 2x hash browns​
    • 1 slice of cheddar cheese​
    • Salt and pepper to season​
    • A splash of olive oil

    ⏲️ Get the air fryer going at 200C and cook your hash browns for 12-14 mins (turning halfway)​

    🥑 Cut your avo in half, remove the stone, scoop it out and mix it in a bowl with the lemon juice. ​

    🥯 Toast your bagel, spread some Philly, then top with your avocado and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. ​

    🍳 Separate your eggs (we believe in you) and on a medium heat in a hefty pan cook the egg white in a little oil. Once it’s looking good add your bagel top and pop the yolk in the hole. Cover it all with a pan for 60 seconds, removing when the yolk looks firm but still runny.​

    🤤 Now it’s time to load up – pop some spinach on, then your hashbrowns and cheese before topping it off with your eggy bagel top!​
