- 150g prawns, cooked
- Mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Paprika
- Worcestershire sauce
- Lemon juice
- Hot sauce
- Salt & pepper
- Lettuce
- Dill and lemon, to serve

🦐 Take 150g of prawns, drain off the juice, then pat ‘em dry
🥄 Add mayo, ketchup, paprika, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, and some good old Salt and pepper in a bowl and give it a good mix
😋 Make sure your sauce is spot on by dipping one of your prawns and tasting it. Tinker with the spice level and seasonings until it’s a bit of you, then mix in the rest of your prawns.
🥬 Break off a few nice and crunchy lettuce leaves and pop them on your protein bread with some sliced avocado
🥪 Pop your prawn cocktail on top, sprinkle with a bit of dill, and serve with a lemon wedge on the side
