You will need
- 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Flatbreads
- 4–5 tbsp tomato pizza sauce or passata
- 1 ball mozzarella, torn
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Rocket leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: fresh basil, chilli flakes

Prep the base:
Place the flatbreads on a baking tray and spread with tomato sauce.
Top:
Add torn mozzarella and sliced cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Bake:
Cook in a hot oven (around 200°C) for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and edges turn golden.
Finish:
Scatter over rocket (and basil if using) before serving.
