    You will need

    • 2 Warburtons Gluten Free Flatbreads
    • 4–5 tbsp tomato pizza sauce or passata
    • 1 ball mozzarella, torn
    • Handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced
    • Rocket leaves
    • Olive oil
    • Salt & pepper
    • Optional: fresh basil, chilli flakes

    15-20 Mins | Serves 2

    Prep the base:

    Place the flatbreads on a baking tray and spread with tomato sauce.


    Top:

    Add torn mozzarella and sliced cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.


    Bake:

    Cook in a hot oven (around 200°C) for 8–10 minutes until the cheese melts and edges turn golden.


    Finish:

    Scatter over rocket (and basil if using) before serving.
