    You will need

    Warburtons Sesame Bagel 

    Vegan Butter or spread 

    A handful of crisp fresh lettuce 

    1/2 fresh sliced tomato 

    Lightly Fried Tempeh 

    A drizzle of Balsamic Glaze

    1. Thinly slice a block of tempeh, fry over a medium heat in a little oil for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown. Add salt to taste 

    2. Toast your bagel and add spread

    3. Top with the fried Tempeh, lettuce, tomatoes, fried tempeh and drizzle of balsamic glaze

    4. Pop the bagel top on and enjoy!
