    You will need

    3 slices Warburtons Old English White, crusts removed

    1 bunch of British asparagus

    1 tsp of olive oil

    Freshly ground black pepper

    25g pitted black olives, roughly chopped

    25g sun blush tomatoes, roughly chops

    2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

    10 minutes | Serves 2

    1. Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 6.
    2. Place the bread in food processor and process until it becomes fine breadcrumbs
    3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the olives, tomatoes, parmesan and oil
    4. Trim the woody ends from the asparagus, cook in pan of boiling water for 1-2 minutes until just tender. Drain well then transfer to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and pop under a hot grill for 5 minutes or until the crumbs are golden brown
    5. It's bready to eat!
