You will need
- 1 Warburtons Protein Thin Bagel
- 2 eggs
- 30ml milk
- Tbsp butter
- Siracha
- Rocket
- Chives, to garnish
- Salt & pepper
Make it

🥚 Add 30ml of milk, 2 eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl and give it a good whisk
🔥 Spread some sriracha on the bottom bit of a protein bagel with a handful of fresh rocket
🧈 Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan until sizzling
🍳 Tip your egg mixture in and let it sit until the edges start to set
✨ Gently push the eggs around the pan with a spatula in a circle until the centre is set but still glossy
🍃 Slide the eggs out the pan and on top of the rocket
🥯 Pop on some chives and a bit more salt and pepper before topping with the other half of the bagel and tuck in!
