    • 2 eggs
    • 30ml milk
    • Tbsp butter
    • Siracha
    • Rocket
    • Chives, to garnish
    • Salt & pepper

    🥚 Add 30ml of milk, 2 eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl and give it a good whisk​

    🔥 Spread some sriracha on the bottom bit of a protein bagel with a handful of fresh rocket​

    🧈 Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan until sizzling​

    🍳 Tip your egg mixture in and let it sit until the edges start to set​

    ✨ Gently push the eggs around the pan with a spatula in a circle until the centre is set but still glossy​

    🍃 Slide the eggs out the pan and on top of the rocket​

    🥯 Pop on some chives and a bit more salt and pepper before topping with the other half of the bagel and tuck in!
