You will need
1 Giant Crumpet
Small handful of fresh spinach leaves
2/3 slices of tomato
2 tsp houmous
Make it
5 minutes | Serves 1
- Toast the crumpet on both sides
- Spread the houmous over the warm crumpet
- Sprinkle over the spinach leaves
- Top with sliced tomato & finish with black pepper
