    • 80g guacamole
    • 6 slices Turkey breast
    • 1 large red tomato-sliced
    • 1 large yellow pepper
    • 50g Houmous

    Take the bread and spread each slice with a thick layer of Houmous. Take one slice and add the tomatoes, pepper, water cress, turkey breast and guacamole, top with the other slice. Cut in half and serve with baked potato crisps
