You will need

2 Warburtons White Rolls
2 lamb patties
1 small cucumber
50g Greek yogurt
6g fresh mint
1tbsp malt vinegar
1tsp sugar
1tbsp olive oil
20g pomegranate seeds

Take the cucumber and using a peeler slice it into ribbons
Chop the mint finely. Add this to food processor with the vinegar and sugar and blitz until you have a mint sauce
Take the other half of the mint and add it to small bowl, add the yogurt. Dice a few of the cucumber ribbons and squeeze out any excess moisture, mix these into the yogurt to make the tzatziki
Fry the lamb patties on a high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or air fry on 200C for 8-10 minutes. until they are cooked all the way through
Toast the buns and layer with with tzatziki, lamb burgers, cucumber ribbons pomegranate seeds and mint sauce.
