    6 Warburtons pancakes​

    100g cream cheese​

    60g icing sugar​

    30g rainbow sprinkles​

    In a medium sized bowl, mix the cream cheese and the icing sugar until you have a smooth icing- it should be just runny enough to coat the back of a spoon​

    ​

    Stack the pancakes on a mini cake stand/plate. Drizzle the icing over the top allowing it to round down the stack a little. Pour on the sprinkles and add the candles. Enjoy your celebration
