The UK's number one wrapped bakery brand1 is set to sizzle this summer with new burger bun offering, expanding its new 'Bistro' range with the launch of Brioche Burger Buns.
Warburtons is lauching the new product in line with the growing trend of premiumisation and an increase in demand for gourmet buns, a market which has tripled over the last three years2 as consumers increasingly look to take inspiration from out of home trends.
The new, high-quality Brioche Burger Buns are pre-sliced for convenience and made with egg and butter for an authentic brioche flavour. They follow the recent launch of the Warburtons Bistro Deli Buns which, launched last month, are soft and tasty flatbread buns available in two delicious flavours: White and Malted Grains & Seeds.
Darren Littler, Innovation and Product Marketing Director at Warburtons said: "Innovation has always been at the heart of what we do at Warburtons and we are always looking to develop new products that reflect the latest trends and respond to consumer demand. These buns do just that! They're high quality, and taste great - everything you should expect from Warburtons. Perfect for recreating the gourmet burger at home, they launch just in time for the summer too!"
The Brioche Burger buns will be launched in Asda from 17th May with an RRP of £1.35.
