Q.

Are your products suitable for people with diabetes?

A.

Diabetes UK tells us that bread is good for diabetics (it’s low in sugar and saturated fat, and high in complex carbohydrates). Fruit breads have a high sugar content and it is advised that you discuss your diet with your G.P. before eating these products’.

Q.

I'm watching my weight by watching my fat intake - what's the fat content in bread?

A.

Most bread is low in fat and all bread is low in saturated fat. You’ll find the details printed on the nutrition panel on the packaging of all our breads.
