Making a big impact

Our marketeers have the task of looking at the needs of consumers and coming up with effective marketing strategies and products to satisfy them. They're always looking for ways to build our business by growing brands that we can be proud of and customers love, getting involved in anything from new product development and packaging design to TV, Radio and online campaigns and media relations.

    What's your role?

    I'm the Innovation and Product Marketing Manager. My team develops and launches all new bakery products, in addition to managing the diverse range of established products to ensure we continue to meet our consumer needs and expectations.

    Why did you join?

    As part of my degree course I joined the Marketing team on a 6-month placement.I loved it and was delighted to return as a full-time team member after completing my degree.

    Would you recommend Warburtons as an employee?

    Absolutely! The culture here is unique ' strongly driven by the fact that it's a family-owned brand. It's great to be part of a business that has real ambitions to grow.

    What are your biggest achievements?

    By far, it's the development of our innovation process. We now use thismodel for all new product launches andit's proving very successful.
