Working closely together throughout the process of creating tasty Warburtons products from the finest ingredients, they'll make sure we have enough high quality raw materials, make, slice and package our products and maintain work areas to our exacting hygiene standards.
I'm a Technical Assistant at Eastwood Bakery. I'm responsible for quality ' carrying out mostly plant-based research to improve product standards. My responsibilities include microbiological testing, raw materials scoring and quality training ' I'm also the site assessor for improve ' an internal quality assurance initiative.
Most definitely! I've received excellent development and guidance from the company. To date, I'm one of only two technical assistants to complete the Technical Excellence course. I've found it hugely valuable in my day-to-day work.
