I'm the Group Food Safety Manager. I oversee various projects to do with quality and food safety to improve standards across the group.
I've actually worked here twice. First time round I completed the graduate training scheme. Then I went to work for HJ Heinz, Associated British Foods and RHM in a variety of technical roles, leading continuous improvement initiatives and product development. Since coming back, I've been an early adopter of the 'Homegrown' initiative, which helps people at all stages of personal development get access to the tools to help them help themselves.
